We want to know what’s going on with your vehicle, but we also want to get to know you and your vehicle’s needs first. We know your time is valuable, and our goal is to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible, utilizing our streamlined process.


We’re a paperless shop, and soon after dropping your vehicle off, we’ll send you a text to get authorization to work on your vehicle. From there, we’ll send you the results of your Digital Vehicle Inspection via text message and email, and you can authorize repairs. We’ll follow up with a phone call and go through any questions you might have.


If the repair process is lengthy, we’ll call you with daily progress updates. After the repairs are completed, we’ll call you to go over the repairs, warranty information, payment options and how you can pick up your car.


After you pick up your vehicle, your service advisor will follow up with a phone call within 24 hours to ensure the repairs were completed properly. If there are any issues, you can bring your vehicle back to the shop. Two days later, you’ll receive a follow-up text to verify satisfaction with the repairs.
