It was an experience for sure, went in to get my AC repaired due to a unpleasant smell, SEP 18th is when I drop off my truck got it back Monday and had to take it back due to issues that popped up that were never there before I left my truck, my person in charge (Eric) of keeping me updated about my truck was Super understanding and supportive of the issues I brought up about my truck, good dude excellent customer service. But the frustration of getting my truck back not in the same condition that I gave it to them was a huge headache, they did restore my truck back to its original condition, so that’s why I giving them a 3 outta 5

Every other shop in town said I'd have to wait without my car for over 2 weeks. For a shifter.. called 1st choice and had my car back within 4 days and they fixed the issue with no problem. We have a 2010 Mazda 3 and the ABS module has gone out. While they were able to identify the problem, they could not fix it. When I asked what the charges would be for the diagnostic they ssid since we can't fix it, we won't charge you and handed me the keys.

Erick did a solid job with the shifter repair. The information was laid out clearly, and the repair stayed focused on what actually needed attention. these guys are awesome, they got me in the next morning after i called and laid everything out that was wrong with my OBS. they got my brakes working again after many problems that they took the time to find and didn't short me with bad parts. reasonable priced for the amount of work and parts put in, will definitely go back to start fixing other issues

Eric & Don helped me with a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was interested in. They were so kind. They worked with us to get it scheduled & inspected quickly. They followed up with a really thorough inspection report & spent a great amount of time on the phone reviewing the results with me.
